- The team right now is about 20 engineers (that includes front-end, API, data stack, mobile SDK etc. engineers. We’ve used our own terminology for the teams), 1 designer and 1 QA. We haven’t segregated the teams by products yet.
- We have one product that has a bunch of features. So just one roadmap for us. If we had two completely separate products possibly built by two different internal teams then I can imagine us having two roadmaps — one for each product.
