Thanks Satej! You’re right about urgency being >> impact in my post. However, long-term items can also be urgent. Just that they would take many more weeks/months to execute than the other items. I guess its really up to the discretion of the product leads and management to ensure that long-term items do not get missed out. I hear you though. Its very easy to dismiss the long-term items as not being urgent, especially when you’re in startup mode.
